PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL INFORMATIONS & POLICIES BELOW.

BOOKING POLICYIES

All appointments require a NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE. This fee will be applied toward the total cost of your service. The booking fee is non-refundable for under any circumstances. If you choose to cancel your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may need to reschedule and your booking fee will be forfeited. A new booking fee is required for rebooking.

A minimum of 72 hours notice is required to reschedule an appointment and rescheduling is allowed only once. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee. If you no show without any notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. Booking fee is valid for 1 year.

Please email clear photos of your brows to get approved if you've had any work done by a previous artist PRIOR TO BOOKING as I can not work on old tattoos unless they are very faded. If you fail to inform me about any previous work, I may have to cancel the appointment upon arrival and your will be bookig fee will be forfeited. *Please note that occasionally cover-ups may require more than 1 touch-up to achieve the desired result.

All results will vary per person depending on skin type, lifestyle, existing hair, bone structure, any medications taken and aftercare. Occasionally a third touch up is necessary for certain clients where the pigment does not take as well to the skin (Touch-ups are not included in the initial appointment).

We are not liable for any changes to the brows once the final decision has been approved during consultation. To ensure satisfaction, please carefully review drawn shape and color prior to starting tattoo process.

Pre instructions are included in a booking confirmation email. It is the client's responsibility to follow all instructions.

AS A SAFETY PRECAUTION, I DO NOT PROVIDE MICROBLADING IF YOU HAVE AMY OF THE FOLLOWING:

Under 18 years old
Pregnant or nursing
History of Keloids or Hypertrophic scarring
Epilepsy
Diabetic(consult your doctor )
Chemotherapy(consult your doctor)
Skin irritations (Psoriasis, Eczema, rashes, sunburn, acne etc) on the eyebrow area
Accutane in the past year
Any facial treatments such as botox, chemical peels, laser etc within 3 weeks of your appointment
Medical grade AHA's and Retinoids of any kind within 1 weeks of your appointment
Bleeding disorder (hemophilia etc)
Viral infections and/or diseases
HIV
Hepatitis
Previous tattoo that has not faded
Any treatment, medication or illness that compromises the immune system/healing.
